Four hours in Budapest where you put your phone down, breathe, make something with your hands, and finally feel like yourself again.
Your phone goes at the door. For four hours you listen to live music, use your hands to make something, write down the one thought you have never said out loud, and hear it named in a room of twelve women who came for exactly the same reason — to feel seen, to relax completely, and to leave knowing something about themselves they could not name before they arrived.
You do a lot for everyone. This afternoon is just for you.
This afternoon is for you.
Here is what actually happens in the room.
What you take home.
I am Uju and I run this room.
Philosopher, musician and ritual artist living between Budapest and Nigeria. I have spent years studying the specific ways women get in their own way — in their work, their relationships, their daily life — and I built a framework to name those patterns precisely. In this room I perform my own music live, guide the art making, read what you write and name what is behind it, and hold the afternoon so that every woman in it feels seen by the end. Women leave differently than they arrived. That is the whole point.
