About Uju

Obianuju Tóth — What I built, and why I built it.

Why I Can See

I mapped the patterns by living them first. My body rejected the lies I was telling myself about who I needed to be. From that breakdown came the dreams—years of them—showing me the exact shapes women build to survive.

Each pattern is a different way you learned to perform safety. To protect yourself from becoming who you actually are. I know what each costs. I know how to exit each one.

I name what you can't see about yourself. This act of naming makes you impossible to ignore. Once you see the cage you're in, you move differently inside it. You refuse differently. You become different.

I have a scar on my body from the year I refused to speak my truth. My skin broke out in protest. That scar is still here—a permanent record of what happens when you choose safety over becoming.

That's why I can see your pattern. I lived it first.
