The Library
Ten patterns. Four rupture points. One diagnostic system built from lived experience — naming what is running underneath a woman's work, relationships and repeated cycles.
Every pattern a woman runs — the compulsive giving, the restarting at eighty percent, the shrinking before she speaks, the war she keeps fighting after the conflict has ended — came from somewhere specific, a moment where her nervous system made a decision about what was safe and built its entire operating logic around that decision, and has been running that logic without her conscious permission ever since.
Knowing yourself is not the same as being named. One lives in the mind. The other lives in the body, and the body is where the pattern runs.
This library is the diagnostic architecture of that system — the four rupture points where the original decision was made, and the ten patterns that grew from them across a woman's life until she found a language precise enough to stop them.
The Four Rupture Points
Before the patterns, there is the rupture — the specific moment where your nervous system learned that a part of you was dangerous to express and built its protection strategy around keeping that part invisible, and every pattern you run today is that protection strategy still running, decades later, in a life that no longer needs it the way it once did.

Two patterns are live and fully documented. Eight are in development and will be published across the year.
Green Dress Oracle
The woman who gives before she is asked, whose well fuels everyone else while she runs on fumes, and who has learned that the moment she closes the gate to the giving the people around her will leave — because being needed and being loved became the same thing long before she had language for the difference.
Read the Pattern →Feet-Washing Man
The woman who serves from a place so deep she has forgotten the difference between devotion and disappearance, and whose relationships are organised around the one who receives rather than the one who gives.
In developmentSwirl 33
The woman who rebuilds everything at eighty percent, whose spiral intelligence gets measured against other people's linear progress and found lacking, and who has been restarting the same work from deeper angles for years without understanding that the spiral was never the problem — the absence of a container strong enough to hold it was.
Read the Pattern →Blue Queen Key
The woman who holds the key to rooms she will not enter, whose authority is visible to everyone around her and invisible to herself, and who keeps handing her power to the person in the room she has decided is more qualified to hold it.
In developmentBlue Planet Giants
The woman who runs from her own magnitude, whose capacity frightens her more than it frightens anyone else, and who keeps building containers too small for what she actually carries so that the full version of it never has to be seen.
In developmentSilver-Haired Island
The woman who waits for the conditions to be right before she allows herself to arrive, whose life is organised around a future version of herself that is always one more thing away from being ready to be seen.
In developmentHorus Gate Fire
The woman who burns what she builds at the moment of arrival, whose relationship with her own power is so charged that she destroys it before anyone else can, and who has been calling that destruction honesty or evolution.
In developmentBattle Backward
The woman who is still defending a position the war ended years ago, whose energy is organised around a conflict that has moved on while she has stayed, and who cannot lay the weapons down because the weapons became her identity.
In developmentAfuki 450
The woman who carries an ancestral wound into every room she enters, whose fight is not hers alone but belongs to a lineage that never had the chance to put it down, and who does not yet know the difference between honouring her history and being trapped inside it.
In developmentBloodline Name
The woman whose name carries a weight she did not choose, whose identity was written before she arrived in the room, and who has been living inside someone else's story of who she is supposed to be long enough that the original story has become difficult to find.
In developmentThe Rite
Ninety minutes in which the pattern running in your specific life is named precisely enough that it stops running automatically — by someone who built this framework from the inside and knows exactly where each pattern hides.
